Job description
Correctional dentistry position with the Bureau of Prisons requires a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from an ADA/CODA-accredited program. Applicants must hold a valid dental license in a U.S. jurisdiction and complete NBDE prerequisites.
A 3-year residency or equivalent experience is required, with credentialing prior to employment. Qualified candidates will undergo credentialing including verification of education, internships, and residency.
