Job description
Aramark at Northpoint Training Center in Kentucky seeks a Food Service Director to oversee daily meal production in a secure environment. This role manages large-scale kitchen operations, supervises staff and incarcerated workers, maintains strict food safety and security standards, and controls inventory and costs.
You will ensure menus meet nutritional requirements and that all food service activities follow facility, state, and federal regulations, while leading with strong client relations
