Job description
Southern Health Partners Inc is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver compassionate, high-quality care to incarcerated adults in a secure correctional setting. You’ll perform assessments, administer medications, support chronic disease management, and respond to urgent needs while maintaining accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.
