Job description
Join a close-knit, collaborative Advanced Practice team delivering high-quality inpatient care in a growing hospitalist program. This role offers the opportunity to practice in a smaller, community-focused setting while maintaining a wide clinical scope, strong autonomy, and room for professional growth.Role Scope
Under established guidelines and in collaboration/supervision with the practice physician(s), the Advanced Practitioner will:
Perform routine physical examinations and formulate medical, educational, and psychosocial treatment plans
Collaborate with the care team to develop plans for further evaluation, including referrals to specialists as needed
Provide appropriate treatment within scope of practice per protocol, referring out-of-scope issues to the supervising physician

Qualifications
Unrestricted State of Connecticut Medical License (or license-eligible)
Certified or board-eligible Physician Assistant, or Nurse Practitioner (Acute Care-certified)
1+ years of Advanced Practice experience in a hospitalist or similar setting
