Job description
Southern Health Partners Inc seeks a Licensed Social Worker or Counselor to deliver compassionate mental health and counseling services within correctional facilities. You will conduct assessments, provide individual and group therapy, and develop treatment and discharge plans that support patient stability and continuity of care.
