Correctional Officer - IISalary: $39.59 - $49.45/hour; $6,862.27 - $8,571.33/month; $82,347.20 - $102,856.00/year.Department: SheriffJob Type: Open.Filing Deadline: ContinuousEmployment Type: Permanent/Full Time (40 hrs/week)Work Location: Auburn, CA and surrounding areas. Roseville, CA and surrounding areas.Position Information:One (1) year of experience in jail operation and inmate supervision at a level equivalent to the County's class of Correctional Officer I.Completion of twelfth grade, or G.E.D, supplemented by college level coursework in law enforcement or a related field.Must have completed entry level core training as required by Title 15 of the Corrections Standards Authority and the course work required by State Penal Code Section 832.
