Job description
Summit, through Elior North America, is hiring a Food Service Director in Wautoma, WI. You will lead a team, manage the food service department, ensure safety and quality standards, and handle budgeting and purchasing to hit targets.
This non-exempt, hourly role offers a $25 per hour wage plus a $500 sign-on bonus after 90 days. Ideal candidates have 2+ years coordinating operations, experience with industrial cooking, and strong communication with staff and executives.
