Job description
Licensed Mental Health Professional Corrections (Day Shift)
Join our team to provide vital mental health services in a correctional facility. Work with a multidisciplinary team to support individuals in need.
Responsibilities:
Deliver mental health care on-site and via telehealth.
Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
Monitor patient progress and provide counseling.
Offer psychoeducation and crisis intervention.
Document care promptly and accurately.
Schedule:
8-hour day shift with potential weekday/weekend coverage.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in a relevant field.
Valid state license for independent practice.
Clinical certification as required.
2+ years of mental health care experience preferred.
Correctional experience is a plus.
Certifications & Clearance:
Current TB and CPR/AED certification.
Background check, fingerprinting, and drug screening required.
