Heartline Staffing is recruiting Registered Nurses (RNs) for an 8-week correctional healthcare contract in Franklin, Wisconsin. Three openings are available.
TRAVEL CONTRACT AT A GLANCE
Gross Weekly Pay: $2,200
Taxable Rate: $48.00/hour
Overtime Rate: $80.00/hour
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
Contract Length: 8 weeks

THE ASSIGNMENT
Provide comprehensive nursing care to individuals within the Community Reintegration Center in a correctional environment in Franklin, Wisconsin.
As a Corrections RN, you will provide high-quality nursing care, support patient safety and well-being, and collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams. Your nursing expertise will also support the rehabilitation and reintegration process for individuals within the corrections system.
Correctional or similar-setting experience is preferred.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a correctional setting.
Monitor and assess patient conditions, document changes, and communicate with the healthcare team.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Ensure adherence to facility safety protocols and policies.
Support the rehabilitation process through patient education and advocacy.

Requirements
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin REQUIRED
Strong communication and interpersonal skills REQUIRED
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment REQUIRED
Preferred
Experience in corrections or a similar setting
