Join a dynamic, patient‑focused cosmetic dermatology practice located in southern California, serving a diverse urban population within a vibrant coastal community known for its wellness‑oriented lifestyle. The Dermatology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will focus exclusively on cosmetic dermatology services, providing consultative and procedural expertise in aesthetic injectables, skin‑rejuvenation treatments, and cosmetic skin‑care planning, while collaborating closely with the clinical team to deliver seamless, high‑touch patient experiences, all supported by a competitive compensation package.
Experience working in a cosmetic‑focused dermatology or aesthetic environment, with a strong background in injectables, laser or energy‑based devices, and non‑surgical facial‑rejuvenation treatments.
Strong skills in patient education, including explaining cosmetic treatment options, expected outcomes, risks, and aftercare, as well as guiding patients through personalized aesthetic‑skin‑care regimens.
Proven ability to manage a busy cosmetic patient panel efficiently, including documentation, scheduling follow‑ups, and maintaining a high standard of patient satisfaction and safety.
Comfortable working primarily in a cosmetic model, including cosmetic consults, body‑contouring or skin‑tightening adjuncts, and integrating minimally invasive aesthetic procedures into long‑term treatment plans.
Active, unrestricted NP or PA license in California and an active DEA registration.
