Job description
Harmony Aesthetics & Wellness is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with experience in aesthetic injectables and laser/energy-based aesthetic treatments.
We are looking for a motivated provider who is passionate about aesthetics, patient safety, natural-looking results, and continuing to grow their expertise in advanced aesthetic medicine.

Responsibilities
The selected provider will perform aesthetic consultations and treatments, develop individualized treatment plans, educate clients about appropriate treatment options, and maintain high standards of clinical safety and documentation.
The provider will have the opportunity to work with services and technologies including:
Aesthetic injectables, including neuromodulators and dermal fillers
Fotona SP Dynamis Pro
CO₂ laser
Q-Switched Nd:YAG laser
IPL
Scarlet RF
Agnes RF
RF microneedling and collagen-stimulating treatments
Additional aesthetic and wellness services
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for an FNP or PA who:
Holds an active and unrestricted FNP or PA license
Has 1–3+ years of experience in medical aesthetics preferred
Has hands-on experience with aesthetic injectables
Has experience operating laser and/or energy-based aesthetic devices
Has completed appropriate training for the laser and energy-based technologies they operate
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish and able to communicate professionally with clients in both languages
Understands aesthetic consultation, treatment planning, contraindications, and patient safety
Is comfortable educating clients and recommending appropriate treatment plans
Values natural-looking results and individualized care
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Is motivated to build and maintain a strong client base
Is interested in continued professional training and growth
Compensation
Competitive compensation based on experience, qualifications, and scope of services performed. Compensation structure will be discussed with the selected candidate and designed to be mutually beneficial.
