Job description
Cosmetic Injector — Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
PURE Medical Spa is seeking a patient-focused Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our aesthetic team in Bluffton. This position is based in Bluffton only. No minimum prior cosmetic-injector experience is required.
Responsibilities
Conduct patient consultations and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide cosmetic injectable and laser services within your clinical scope and demonstrated competency.
Educate patients about treatment options, expected results, risks, and pre- and post-treatment care.
Complete assessments, document treatments and consents, and coordinate appropriate follow-up care.
Collaborate with the clinical and aesthetic team to maintain patient safety and a positive patient experience.
Qualifications
Must be a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with current licensure to practice in South Carolina and applicable professional requirements met.
Strong communication, attention to detail, teamwork, and commitment to patient safety.
Interest in cosmetic injectables, laser treatments, and ongoing professional development.

Compensation
Annual base salary of $95,000–$110,000, plus bonus.
