Boscov’s is seeking a Retail Sales Manager for cosmetics and jewelry to lead a dynamic department and drive sales. You will supervise a team of associates, develop relationships with customers, and ensure service excellence in a fast-paced environment.
The role requires strong selling skills, retail management experience, and the ability to train and coach staff. Evening and weekend availability is required to support store needs.
