What You’ll Do
Track, reconcile, and analyze costs from customer order through shipment
Analyze actual costs against projections and investigate variances
Support revenue recognition, customer billing, and milestone invoicing
Prepare intercompany billing and account reconciliations
Manage inventory reconciliations, cycle counts, and consignment inventory counts
Record warranty and installation costs and accruals
Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end close
Maintain forecasts and budgets for complex customer orders
Partner closely with operations and project managers to support accurate and timely billing
Reconcile general ledger and inventory-related accounts
Support additional financial analysis as needed
What We’re Looking For xhmxlyz
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
1–3 years of cost accounting and/or general accounting experience
Manufacturing experience required
Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable partnering with both accounting and operational teams
