nAs a Cost Planning Manager, you will be the primary architect of cost optimization strategies for our silicon product lines. You will bridge the gap between engineering, supply chain, and finance, translating complex technical decisions into clear financial impacts. Your mission is to drive data-driven prioritization, secure executive alignment, and deliver sustained margin improvements across the product lifecycle.
nSkills and Requirements
n• Experience: 10+ years of experience in silicon manufacturing, supply chain, or financial operations. • Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing, yield management, test engineering, and packaging technologies. • Analytical Rigor: Expert in cost modeling, sensitivity analysis, and building ROI-based business cases. • Communication: Proven ability to synthesize complex technical data into clear, actionable insights for executive leadership. • Influence: Ability to secure cross-functional buy-in and lead through influence in a highly matrixed organization. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
