n** Cost Control Analyst **
Role Overview
nThis position focuses on project cost control and financial tracking across multiple initiatives. You’ll be responsible for reviewing invoices and timesheets, ensuring accuracy against contracts and internal systems, and supporting reporting and analysis.
nKey Responsibilities:
nInvoice Validation & Processing
nnReview and validate vendor invoices against Purchase Orders and contracts
nConfirm scope, rates, work orders, and cost allocations
nResolve discrepancies and route invoices through approval workflows
n nTimesheet Validation & Processing
nnValidate timesheets against PO terms and supporting documentation
nEnsure accurate rates, units, and cost allocation
nEnter and maintain data within internal systems
n nReporting & Analysis
nnGenerate standard and ad-hoc reports for project tracking and performance
nSupport financial analysis, audits, actuals validation, accruals, and forecasting
n nQualifications
nn3+ years of relevant experience (cost control, invoicing, financial analysis, etc.)
nStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
nExperience working with financial data, reporting, and validation processes
nHigh school diploma required; additional education preferred
n n· Extensive experience with Excel
