Job description
Cornerstone is opening its first Costa Rica location and seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to build the function from the ground up. You will lead full-cycle recruiting across a broad portfolio, starting with GA, Customer Support, and Professional Services, while also supporting roles in the U.S.
and other regions. You'll work closely with business leaders to define capabilities, leverage market insights, and develop creative sourcing strategies.
