Mascot Costume CreatorReports to: National Director of SewingJob Summary: Create, repair, and maintain high-quality mascot costumes to meet client needs.Responsibilities:Create and maintain high-quality mascot costumes for various events and organizationsRepair and modify existing mascot costumes as neededWork with clients to ensure their needs are met and their expectations are exceededCollaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projectsMaintain a clean and organized work areaKeep up to date with industry trends and techniquesJob Requirements:High school diploma or equivalentMinimum of 2 years of experience in mascot costume creation and repairProficient in sewing and patternmakingKnowledge of various fabrics and materials used in mascot costume creationAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsWorking hours are Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm. Flexibility with working days and hours is required to meet customer demands. 8+ hours per working day excluding breaks.
