Job description
Occupational Therapy AssistantEnhance Rehabilitation is currently seeking qualified occupational therapy assistant candidates to join our dynamic team. As an Enhance Rehabilitation occupational therapy assistant, working under the guidance of an occupational therapist, you will be a part of a growing team. In this role, you'll assist treating patients by following an individualized plan of care developed by occupational therapists.• Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.• Collaborate with occupational therapists to develop and implement occupational therapy treatment programs tailored to each patient's unique needs.• Assist patients with all phases of occupational therapy treatment and techniques.• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.• Provide continuous communication with occupational therapists, directors, and facility staff.• Operate and apply knowledge of standard occupational therapy equipment.If interested in joining our growing team, please contact us.
