Join Our Growing Rehab Team – Now Hiring: COTA (PRN/Per Diem)
We're expanding—and bringing cutting-edge innovation with us. Our personal care facility is launching a new, tech-forward rehab program focused on neuro recovery and cognitive decline, using gamified therapy and interactive technology to deliver better outcomes and more engaging care.

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

What you'll do:
Deliver personalized therapy programs for personal care residents
Integrate interactive/gamified tools into treatment plans
Support patients with neuro conditions and cognitive decline
Contribute to a dynamic, evolving care model
Help with development and education on screening processes
What we're looking for:
Licensed COTA or PTA
Passion for innovation in rehab and patient engagement
Strong teamwork and communication skills

Responsibilities
Responsible for providing and directing Occupational Therapy Services to residents including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation and communication. Functions under physician's orders.
Required Skills:
Associate's Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
Successful completion of National Certification Examination for COTA required.
Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of employment required.
Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor required.
Additional Qualifications/Skills:
One (1) year of experience preferred. Ability to project a professional image.
Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills.
Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
Freedom from illegal use of and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace.
