Job description
Oasis Therapy Services in Minnesota is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation who is a licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to oversee therapy operations and provide one-on-one rehabilitation services at two assisted living facilities in Cannon Falls and Apple Valley.
You will supervise daily rehab activities, coordinate staffing, ensure documentation compliance in Net Health, and collaborate with the supervising OT to implement resident-centered treatment plans emphasizing activities
