n nWhat You’ll Do:
nn Carry out treatment plans developed by a licensed occupational therapist
n Help patients regain strength, motor skills, coordination, and daily living capabilities
n Document patient progress accurately and communicate changes to the care team
n Ensure home environments are safe and conducive to continued improvement
n Educate families on techniques to support patient recovery and independence
n nWhat You Bring:
nn Education: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
n Certification: Certified by the American Occupational Therapy Association
n Experience: 1+ year of hands-on experience in occupational therapy preferred
n Requirements:
n CPR certification
n Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
n Spanish fluency required to serve our diverse patient population
n Skills: Compassionate communicator with a collaborative, team-first mindset
