nAbout the Role
nAs a COTA in a skilled nursing setting, you'll work collaboratively with the therapy team to support residents through rehabilitation, recovery, and long-term care-helping them achieve meaningful progress and improved quality of life.
nSNF Practice Highlights
nnnTreat a diverse caseload, including occasional clinically complex patients

nnPerform and assist with all types of transfers
n
nnProvide adaptive ADL retraining and functional task practice
n
nnCollaborate closely with the evaluating OT and interdisciplinary care team
n
nnCompetency training is available -we're happy to support your growth in any of these areas

n nRequirements
nnnCurrent Utah Occupational Therapy Assistant license in good standing
n
nnAssociate degree from an accredited OTA program
n
nnOrganized, self-motivated, and patient-focused
n
nnPassion for working with the geriatric population
n
nnOne year of SNF experience preferred, but newer clinicians with strong interest in geriatrics are encouraged to apply
n
