This connection also allows us to offer quick interviews and efficient, remote onboarding, getting you into the role smoothly and swiftly.If you're seeking a supportive team where you can grow, enjoy choice, and make a meaningful impact in geriatric care, we'd love to have you join us.Hourly Pay Rate: $34-$36 Hourly (W-2), $38-$40 Hourly (1099)Occupational Therapy Assistant Requirements and Responsibilities:Current NYS OTA License and RegistrationValid BLS CertificationEMR Competence (Proficiency in REHAB OPTIMA + POINT CLICK CARE a plus!)Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a Nursing FacilityMalpractice/Liability Insurance (if applicable)Collaborate daily with OT Supervisor and follow established Plan of Care for all patients.Provide quality therapy services to individuals in an SNF setting who require care related to TBI, CVA, Stroke, Parkinson's, Multiple Sclerosis, Cancer, orthopedic surgery, and other debilitating diagnosis.Monitor and document patient progressOccupational Therapy Assistant Schedule and Benefits:Full-Time, Part-Time, Per Diem, Weekends, Days, Evenings, and Coverage Shifts AvailableFully Paid OrientationPaid Sick LeaveVoluntary Medical and Supplementary Insurance OptionsCommuter Benefits – earn pre-tax dollars!Get Paid Weekly!
