If you're looking for a team that values your time, supports your growth, and provides the flexibility you need, we'd love to connect with you.Hourly Pay Rate: $34-$36 Hourly (W-2), $38-$40 Hourly (1099)Occupational Therapy Assistant Requirements and Responsibilities:Current NYS OTA License and RegistrationValid BLS CertificationEMR Competence (Proficiency in REHAB OPTIMA + POINT CLICK CARE a plus!)Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a Nursing FacilityMalpractice/Liability Insurance (if applicable)Collaborate daily with OT Supervisor and follow established Plan of Care for all patients.Provide quality therapy services to individuals in an SNF setting who require care related to TBI, CVA, Stroke, Parkinson's, Multiple Sclerosis, Cancer, orthopedic surgery, and other debilitating diagnosis.Monitor and document patient progressOccupational Therapy Assistant Schedule and Benefits:Full-Time, Part-Time, Per Diem, Weekends, Days, Evenings, and Coverage Shifts AvailableFully Paid OrientationPaid Sick LeaveVoluntary Medical and Supplementary Insurance OptionsCommuter Benefits – earn pre-tax dollars!Get Paid Weekly!
