Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - PRN
Location: Milford, NH
Facility: The Elms Center
Salary: $35-$38/hour (PRN)
We are hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a PRN role in our skilled nursing facility. Join a rehab team focused on helping residents improve independence and daily function.
Responsibilities:
Carry out OT treatment plans
Assist residents with ADLs and mobility tasks
Monitor progress and communicate updates
Complete documentation
Requirements: Active COTA license required
