Job description
Occupational Therapy - OT SNF
Seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) for a 13-week critical need assignment. The OT will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide skilled therapy interventions to help patients improve functional independence and safely perform activities of daily living. The ideal candidate is patient-centered, adaptable, and able to work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary care team to support quality outcomes.
