Job description
Clover Health Services in Hayward, California seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support therapists by implementing treatment plans and helping patients develop daily living skills.
You will collect and assess patient information, instruct families in treatment techniques, monitor progress, and maintain records. Entry‑level accepted; Level I/II fieldwork required; NBCOT COTA certification and BLS/CPR are needed.
