Job description
We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a skilled nursing facility in Greenbrae, CA. Under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you will help residents regain functional skills for daily living, participate in care planning, and document patient progress. Applicants should be prepared to provide compassionate, evidence-based care in a long-term care setting. Thank you for your time and responsiveness.
Minimum Requirements
Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
Active California COTA license required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care preferred.
Facility requires ability to document in electronic medical records and follow facility-specific policies.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous travel COTA experience preferred.
Experience with restorative programs, ADL training, and transitional care preferred.
Assignment Details
Shift Hours: 08:30-16:30.
Work Pattern: Five 8-hour shifts per week.
