Job description
Counselor Federal Program (LSW/LPC/LISW/LPCC) Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in social work or master's degree in counseling, or marriage and family therapy required.
Valid State of Ohio LCDC II, LCDC III, LPC, LSW, LISW, LPCC with two (2) years of paid full-time experience in the field of chemical dependency, mental health or adolescent treatment, or equivalent required.
Counselor III (LSW/LPC/LISW/LPCC) Benefits Salary commensurate with experience.

Salary range for LSW, LPC = $52,000 - $55,000/year
Salary range for LISW/LPCC = $62,000-$70,000/year

We are looking for skilled, talented, and compassionate people to join our team! We remain driven by our value of excellence in quality care for all and fostering a culture that embraces dignity of all. Under the direction of the Federal Program department, candidate is responsible for substance use and mental health counseling, case management and treatment planning for clients who have been referred to Maryhaven for treatment. The candidate must complete day-to-day service documentation as required and maintain effective communication while engaging clients in services.
