Who We're Looking For

Copa Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate clinician to join our Florian counseling team. Counselors work with individuals and families to assess their needs, develop treatment plans, and provide therapeutic intervention that promotes mental and emotional well-being. Key Responsibilities

Provides services to include but are not limited to assessment, treatment planning, individual therapy, group therapy, coordination of care with members, and staffing meetings as appropriate.

Monitor and evaluate members' progress and provide ongoing assessment and feedback.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Completes and maintains all clinical documentation in a timely manner in accordance with Copa Health's policies, procedures, and clinical protocols.

Maintain accurate and confidential client records.

Qualifications

Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field plus 1-2 years of behavioral health experience.

Must be licensed at the associate level and working towards obtaining independent licensure by the AZ Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (LAC, LPC, LMSW, or LCSW).

Experience providing counseling and therapy in a community behavioral health setting with high-acuity members is highly preferred.

Good academic and working knowledge of DSM IV, State SMI checklist, Community Resources, Psychotropic Medication, Crisis Intervention, Clinical Methods and Procedures, and Intervention Techniques

Cultural sensitivity and a commitment to providing care to a diverse community.

Ability to obtain and maintain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card and any other required background checks.
