nJob Summary We are seeking a licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team! In this role, you will diagnose and treat psychological disorders, teach communication skills, assist patients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors, and guide them through crises. nResponsibilities
nPerform intake assessments
nProvide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children
nCreate individualized treatment plans for each client
nUse evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
nMaintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
nPerform regular wellness checks
nAdhere to all facility and licensing standards
nQualifications
nBachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, or similar field
nCurrent and unrestricted marriage and family therapy license
nPrevious experience as a mental health therapist preferred
nBasic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified
nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
nHighly organized
