Spero Health is seeking a Counselor/Social Worker to join our West Virginia Virtual Team!
This position is for a licensed counselor or social worker who supports the mission of “Saving Lives, Instilling Hope and Restoring Relationships” in an integrated team with patients receiving counseling, case management and medically assisted treatment. Responsibilities
Provide counseling to patients through evidence‑based practice.
Provide patient education.
Ensure accountability of treatment program and patient compliance through collaboration.
Assist patients in creating realistic goals toward achieving freedom from addiction.
Act as a clinic resource and assure compliance with HIPAA and CFR 42 Part 2 regulations.
Requirements
Licensed Counselor/Social Worker: Experience working with individuals with substance use disorders.
Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling.
LPC or LISW license.
Career Development and Growth: CEU reimbursement up to $400 annually (calendar year).
