Counter Sales/Warehouse And Delivery AssociateStyle Crest, Inc. is a leading distributor and manufacturer of a variety of building products designed for manufactured and residential site built homes. We have an excellent career opportunity available for a Counter Sales/Warehouse and Delivery Associate, in our Atlanta, GA facility. In this role, your primary responsibility will be making deliveries to customers (in a 26' box truck) within 150 mile radius from the store, working in the warehouse and assisting with counter sales and customer pickups as needed.Must be Bilingual in SpanishKey Areas Of Responsibility:Handles customer pickups of returns and damage productEngage customers at the counter, assess their needs, provide product recommendations, and process transactions accurately using POS systems to drive sales and ensure customer satisfactionMaintain familiarity with product inventory, assist with stock replenishment, and ensure accurate pricing and display of merchandise to support efficient branch operations.Drives company truck for deliveries to customersAssists in inventory and cycle countsUnloads customer deliveries at customer premisesCollects payment from customer for delivered product when requiredKeeps assigned vehicle clean and practices good housekeepingWorks with manager to route and properly load all trucksAll other duties as assigned by managementComplete daily pre and post trip vehicle inspectionsCompletes assigned training as requiredWorks in warehouse on occasion under the direction of location manager or and warehouse staffMaintains accurate shipping paperwork.Should have good judgment and decision-making skills to properly handle product and load / unload trucks efficiently for safe, damage free delivery.Must have valid license for type of vehicle being driven and meet all DOT driver requirements.Works with customers and other associates daily and should reflect positive image to the customer.Good verbal and written communication skills.Ability to use good judgment and some problem-solving skillsRequirementsRequired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Must be bilingual in Spanish.Maintains accurate shipping paperwork.Should have good judgment and decision-making skills to properly handle product and load / unload trucks efficiently for safe, damage free delivery.Must have valid license for type of vehicle being driven and meet all DOT driver requirements.Works with customers and other associates daily and should reflect positive image to the customer.Good verbal and written communication skills.Ability to use good judgment and some problem-solving skills.Ability to lift 50lbs.Behavioral Competencies:Demonstrates customer-first attitude and behaviorDemonstrates care in product handlingAbility to be a team player committed to the success of the business and facilityExcellent performance as evidenced by results produced consistentlyOperates from a clear set of positive values and principlesHas high moral characterProactive and takes initiative when required; able to take direction, do as toldCommitted to continuous learning, shows initiativeAbility to multi-taskDemonstrated abilities/skills in problem, decision making, and conflict resolution as determined by duties.Positive attitudeSafety consciousWe're an equal opportunity employer.
