Installing ManagerPay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour DOE Schedule: Monday-Thursday | 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM Location: Bend, OregonAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Installing Manager to lead our countertop installation team and oversee all aspects of installation operations. This hands-on leadership position is ideal for someone with solid surface or stone fabrication experience who takes pride in delivering exceptional craftsmanship, superior customer service, and strong team leadership.The Installing Manager will be responsible for coordinating installations, supervising installation crews, maintaining quality standards, managing inventory and supplies, and serving as a key liaison between customers, distributors, and internal departments.Primary ResponsibilitiesInstallation & Project ManagementOversee and participate in the installation of granite, quartz, and other solid surface countertop materials in residential and commercial settings.Review shop drawings and project details prior to installation appointments.Coordinate daily installation schedules and ensure projects are completed on time and to company standards.Troubleshoot installation challenges and implement effective solutions in the field.Ensure all installations meet quality, safety, and customer satisfaction expectations.Leadership & Team DevelopmentSupervise, train, and mentor Installation Assistants and crew members.Delegate tasks effectively and ensure team productivity.Foster a positive, safety-focused work environment.Conduct ongoing training to improve installation techniques and team performance.Operations & AdministrationTrack installation progress, labor hours, and employee-related data.Order and maintain inventory of installation supplies, tools, and equipment.Monitor and maintain company vehicles and installation equipment.Assist with warranty claims and resolve installation-related service issues.Maintain accurate documentation and communication regarding project status.Customer & Vendor RelationsServe as the primary liaison between clients, distributors, and internal departments.Communicate professionally with customers regarding installation schedules, expectations, and project updates.Address customer concerns and warranty issues promptly and professionally.Build and maintain strong working relationships with vendors and suppliers.Facility SupportAssist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe fabrication shop and office environment.Support overall operations and perform other duties as assigned.QualificationsRequiredGranite shop or stone fabrication experience.Experience in countertop installation, construction, cabinetry, or a related trade.Leadership experience or demonstrated ability to manage crews and job sites.Strong understanding of measuring, fabrication drawings, and installation processes.Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.Ability to lift and maneuver heavy materials safely.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Strong commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.PreferredExperience managing multiple installation crews.Knowledge of residential and commercial construction practices.Inventory management and purchasing experience.Strong customer service and communication skills.Why Join Us?Competitive pay based on experienceStable, full-time employmentFour-day work week with three-day weekendsCareer growth and advancement opportunitiesTeam-oriented work environmentOpportunity to lead projects from start to finish and make a direct impact
