Job description
Cabarrus-Rowan-Community-Health-Center seeks a County Nurse Manager to lead daily clinical operations across CRCHC Cabarrus County Clinics. The CNM ensures staffing, supplies, patient flow, and high-quality care while maintaining documentation in the EMR and coordinating with the DOCS.
The role includes supervising CMA’s and LPNs, conducting training, participating in QA initiatives, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Strong leadership and clinical background required.
