Job description
Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA seeks married Full-time Flex Houseparents to live on campus and care for a group of 8–13 students. You will provide daily supervision, mentorship, manage routines, and support students' academic, emotional, and social development in a family-like home.
Two-person teams work a nine-on, three-off cycle, progressing toward a Placed Houseparent role with ongoing duties in student homes, devotions, and Chapel activities, while ensuring safety and well-being.
