Job description
Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, seeks married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents living on campus with a group of 8–13 students. You’ll supervise daily life, coordinate routines, administer medications, and ensure wellness, while planning activities and guiding students’ growth.
Initially you’ll cover nine consecutive days on duty, followed by three days off, transitioning to a Placed Houseparent with a stable student home. Comprehensive benefits are offered.
