Job description
Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA seeks a dedicated two-person team to serve as Flex Houseparents, living with a group of students and providing daily supervision, mentorship, and care. The role includes managing household routines, driving students to activities, leading devotional time, and coordinating weekend and weekday schedules.
Couples must be married for at least two years and both spouses aged 27 or older.
