Job description
Milton Hershey School seeks full-time Flex Houseparents couples to live on campus and care for a group of 8–13 students. The role involves supervising, scheduling, administering medications, driving to activities, and leading daily devotions within a family-like home environment.
Required are a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus. Spouses must be married 2+ years and both aged 27+.
