Job description
Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA is seeking married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8-13 students living in the home.
They follow a schedule of nine consecutive days on duty, then three days off. The role includes mentoring, budgeting, driving, and leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel.
