Job description
Milton Hershey School (MHS) in Hershey, PA, is hiring a married couple to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of about 8–13 students, creating a family-like, structured environment to foster academic and personal growth.
Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing routines, coordinating activities, leading devotions, and budget/house reporting.
