Assurer le ramassage et la livraison courtois et efficace des colis sur une route assignée; vérifier que tous les envois sont conformes aux modalités de service de Federal Express Canada; fournir des fonctions de service à la clientèle connexes.
This is an interview position.
To provide courteous and efficient pick-up and delivery of packages on an assigned route; to check all shipments for conformance to Federal Express Canada features of service; to provide related customer service functions.
COMPÉTENCES REQUISES
Diplôme détudes secondaires ou scolarité équivalente.
Posséder un permis de conduire valide et un bon dossier de conducteur.
Pouvoir soulever des charges de 70 lb et manoeuvrer, avec laide dun appareil approprié, des colis pesant jusquà 150 lb.
Un (1) an dexpérience dans le domaine du service à la clientèle
Atteindre la note de passage à lévaluation des conducteurs avant lembauche.
Une certaine connaissance des activités de Federal Express Canada et de la réglementation douanière canadienne serait souhaitable.
Bonnes compétences en relations interpersonnelles et en communication.
Bonne maîtrise de la gestion du temps et de lorganisation
Excellentes habiletés pour le service à la clientèle
Capacité de mener plusieurs tâches de front, de surmonter le stress et de travailler sous haute pression.
Être prêt à se montrer souple pour travailler avec des horaires variables, de même que pendant les congés si les besoins de lentreprise le justifient.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
High school diploma/educational equivalent
Must possess a valid drivers license and have a good driving record
Ability to lift 70 lbs and to maneuver any package weighing up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment
One (1) year customer oriented business experience preferred
Must achieve minimum threshold on mandatory pre-placement driver assessment training
Some knowledge of Federal Express Canada operations and Canadian Customs regulations an asset
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Good time management and organizational skills
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to multitask, handle stress and work in a highly pressured environment
Willingness to be flexible and work different schedules and holidays based on business needs
