Toyota of Portland - Courtesy Car ConciergeToyota of Portland, a dealership part of the O'Brien Auto Group, is looking to hire a Full-Time Courtesy Car Concierge. We are seeking a candidate who is friendly, articulate, enthusiastic and a self-motivated team player who demonstrates outstanding communication skills, maintains a positive attitude and provides an excellent work ethic in all responsibilities.This position pays $19 per hour. All employees subject to eligibility requirements, we offer the following benefits:Paid holidays pursuant to the annual holiday calendar (typically five holidays)Vacation – based on hire date and paid based on position.Medical/Dental/Vision/RXAncillary Benefits such as Short/Long Term Disability, Accident, Critical Illness, Life Insurance, Spousal/Child coverages401(k) plus company matchThe Courtesy Car Concierge is responsible for managing the dealership's loaner vehicle program to ensure a smooth, efficient, and customer-friendly experience. This role involves coordinating loaner vehicle check-outs and returns, maintaining accurate records, inspecting vehicles, and providing excellent customer service while supporting the service department's daily operations.Key Responsibilities:Greet service customers and assist with loaner vehicle requestsVerify customer eligibility, driver's license, insurance, and required documentationPrepare and process loaner agreements accurately and efficientlyCheck loaner vehicles in and out using dealership systemsPerform vehicle walk-around inspections before and after each loanEnsure loaner vehicles are clean, fueled/charged, and ready for useCoordinate with service advisors regarding vehicle availability and return timesMonitor loaner fleet usage and report issues, damages, or overdue returnsArrange vehicle cleaning, maintenance, or repairs as neededMaintain organized records and ensure compliance with dealership policiesProvide clear instructions to customers regarding loaner vehicle use and returnDeliver a professional, courteous, and customer-focused experienceEquipment/Machines/Tools Typically Used: phone, switchboard, computer, adding machine, copier, calculator, stapler, fax machine, postage machine, pencils/pens, letter opener, scissors, and rulers.Physical Demands: Frequent twisting and/or turning of trunk, reaching, and handling of objects, intermittent standing, walking and sitting, infrequent stooping, knelling, crouching, and lifting of 10lbs or less.Employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of a comprehensive background screening.Toyota of Portland is an equal opportunity employer and a drug-free workplace.
