Flex CP / Backup OfficerAllstate Security provides professional security services throughout California – from San Francisco down to Los Angeles, and continuing all the way through our headquarters area in San Diego, CA. We specialize in armed guards, unarmed guards, patrol service, and mobile patrols. Our security officers will work seamlessly as a part of our team to secure premises, customers, employees, assets and everything in between. Allstate Security provides reliable, qualified, professional officers who are trained and ready to respond to potential security threats and provide outstanding support and service.As a Patrol Driver, you will be responsible for securing multiple client locations. This position requires active patrol, prompt response to dispatch calls, and consistent documentation of all activity. Daily responsibilities include patrolling assigned properties, responding to dispatch calls regarding noise disturbances, trespassers, and other security-related concerns, and maintaining a visible and professional presence at all times. Patrol Drivers are responsible for completing Daily Activity Reports (DARs) and Incident Reports using a mobile reporting application. Duties also include initiating gate openings and closures, performing property lock-ups, conducting door checks, and addressing transient activity when necessary in accordance with company policy. This role requires flexibility and availability to assist Field Supervisors and support additional operational needs when requested.Key Responsibilities:Respond promptly to dispatch calls and security-related incidentsComplete DARs and incident reports accurately and in real timePerform gate openings/closures and property lock-upsConduct routine door and perimeter checksAddress trespassing and transient activity in a professional mannerMaintain communication with dispatch and field supervisionAssist Field Supervisors as neededJob Requirements:MUST possess an active BSIS Guard CardMUST be 25 years of age or olderMUST have a valid driver's license with a clean driving historyMUST have reliable transportationMUST demonstrate strong customer service skillsMUST have strong verbal and written communication skillsMUST write and speak fluent EnglishMUST pass a background check and random drug testingFair Housing training preferred but not requiredCertification RequirementsBSIS Guard CardDriver's LicenseAdditional Information / BenefitsPaid Holidays401K/403b PlanDental InsurancePaid VacationPaid Sick DaysVision InsuranceMedical InsuranceTravel is required.The following screenings are required:Criminal Background CheckMotor VehiclePATCHDrug ScreenThe following shifts are available:Night shiftThird shift
