Job description
Alpha Generation, based in Friendswood, TX, is seeking a Debt Compliance Analyst to monitor covenant compliance, credit facilities, and related agreements across the capital structure. This role collaborates with Legal, Accounting, Treasury, and external advisors to prepare accurate compliance certificates and reports.
You will manage the debt compliance calendar, review loan documents, assist with due diligence for new issuances, and support forecasting and MD&A reporting.
