Job description
Korn Ferry is partnering with our client to identify a skilled SEC reporting professional for the Corporate Finance team in Houston, TX. The role emphasizes GAAP reporting, multi-entity consolidations, and working closely with auditors during audits and reviews.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and an active CPA, with strong Excel, Workiva, and ERP/consolidation system experience to support Form 10-K/10-Q/8-K filings and related disclosures.
