As a Community Participation Specialist (DSP), you will be making a direct impact on the lives of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities while working one-on-one.What you will be doing:Helping an individual with intellectual disabilities live their best life (which may include helping with personal hygiene, cleaning, cooking, taking them out into the community, and keeping them safe)Complete daily progress notes so that everyone knows what is going on with that individual.
