Job description
BankFirst Financial Services in Columbus, MS seeks a CRA Officer to lead the Large Bank CRA Compliance Program, using Kadince and NContracts to support regulatory alignment and equitable credit access for LMI communities. You will oversee data governance, spatial analytics, and reporting for regulatory exams, and partner with community initiatives.
Qualified candidates have a bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of CRA experience, knowledge of Regulation BB and Fair Lending, and readiness to travel
