Job description
First Financial Bank seeks a CRA Mortgage Loan Originator to originate loans sourced through referral partners and local communities, with a focus on Low to Moderate Income areas to promote home ownership. You will self-source leads, present mortgage products, collect documents, and coordinate with internal teams for timely closings.
Ideal candidates have CRA mortgage experience, a strong referral network, and knowledge of FHA/VA/USDA programs, with license readiness or existing licensing.
